Offering piano lessons to beginning through advanced students of all ages, The Piano Studio New Orleans is the teaching studio of Leslie Cain, Doctor of Musical Arts. A conservatory graduate and NOCCA faculty member, Dr. Cain emphasizes the development of skillful, healthy technique and musicality.
Pricing and Policies
Lessons are available in 45 or 60-minute durations for students of all ages, and 30 minutes for younger beginners (10 and under). The studio offers two billing options: auto-pay through our scheduling app (requiring a credit card on file) or monthly invoicing payable by cash, check, Venmo or Paypal. Since the studio is usually booked close to capacity, we do not generally offer make-up lessons or rescheduling; you will be billed only for lessons attended.
Lesson rates are as follows:
30-minute lesson: $45
45-minute lesson: $60
60-minute lesson: $75
Students and families are expected to maintain a regular practice regimen in between lessons, to help build good habits and ensure consistent progress.
